GE Digital positioned as a leader in the delivery of software to manage Renewables and Distributed Energy Resource
In its recent research report named ‘AI Vendors for DER Integration’, Guidehouse Insights recognized GE Digital as a leader in the delivery of software to manage Renewables and Distributed Energy Resource (DER) on the electric grid so that utilities can address decarbonization and increase reliability, safety, and stability.
The report highlights GE Digital’s analytics solutions, which offer faster, higher-fidelity data access and optimization, necessary to meet the challenges posed by increased DER penetration on the grid.

The Leaderboard analysis from Guidehouse Insights assessed and evaluated 14 vendors in this study to establish their overall place on their Leaderboard in four categories: Leaders, Contenders, Challengers, and Followers. Vendors who scored 75 or higher in both Strategy and Execution are considered leaders. GE Digital came in second in the rankings with a score of 79.8.
