The Tata group announced on Thursday that it has completed the acquisition of Air India from the Government of India. Starting today, the Tata group will take over the administration and control of the airline.
Air India, Air India Express, and AI SATS are all included in the deal. Air India is the flag airline of India and the country’s leading full-service airline. Air India Express is a low-cost airline based in India. AI SATS offers a full range of ground handling and cargo handling services.
