TCS AI-powered smart city and customer analytics software is now available on Azure Marketplace
TCS Intelligent Urban Exchange (IUX) and TCS Customer Intelligence & Insights (CI&I) technologies are now available on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, according to Tata Consultancy Services.
CI&I customer analytics enables banks, retailers, insurers, and other enterprises to use AI, machine learning, and customer data platform capabilities to provide hyper-personalized consumer and citizen experiences while maintaining privacy and permission. In order to improve customer happiness, companies can use CI&I to surface insights, predictions, and recommended actions and offers in real time.
By improving services and enabling infrastructure to respond in real time to expected and dynamic occurrences, IUX assists businesses and cities in achieving sustainability goals and elevating citizen and employee experiences. IUX uses data from across operational silos to mimic dynamic scenarios using AI and machine learning, allowing services and IoT infrastructure to respond appropriately. Intelligent building energy, streetlights, transportation, water management, energy and resources operations, command center, and workplace resilience are some of the IUX modules available.
