Vodafone Idea Limited, India’s leading cellular service provider, today announced the introduction of Vi Games on the Vi App, a new gaming proposition for Indian gamers, in collaboration with Nazara Technologies Limited, India-based diversified gaming, and sports media firm. Vi clients will have access to a wide choice of gaming material on its gaming platform Vi Games as a result of this deep-integrated partnership, including popular game titles from various franchises in India.
Vi Games on the Vi App provides an immersive gaming experience with over 1200 android and HTML5-based mobile games spanning ten popular genres including Action, Adventure, Arcade, Casual, Education, Fun, Puzzle, Racing, Sports, and Strategy.
According to a FICCI-EY analysis, gaming is one of the most popular forms of entertainment in India, with 500 million players expected by 2022. It is the most popular choice for pleasure and leisure among Indian customers, and it is predicted to grow in popularity and spend time and money in the next years.
According to a Deloitte and CII report titled “Digital Reset: Touching a Billion Indians,” the national average time spent on online gaming by Indian consumers is above 4 hours.

Vi Games’ offering will begin with casual gaming material and will evolve over time to include social gaming and possibly eSports.
