Xerox has announced the release of new tools and software to help hybrid workers increase their productivity.

Xerox technologies readily integrate into the current company infrastructure, providing a wide range of flexible collaboration and productivity capabilities to customers around the world.

“Xerox is continually focused on providing business solutions to a changing workforce. Where and how work is being done should not affect efficiency. We are excited to extend our range of hardware and software technologies to maximize productivity for today’s hybrid workforce, whether they’re working in the main office, at home, or on the go,”

said Tracey Koziol, senior vice president, Global Offering Solutions at Xerox.

In the office

The Xerox VersaLink C7100 and Xerox VersaLink B7100 Series multifunction printers (MFPs) are the latest ConnectKey Technology-enabled workplace helpers. The series is built to adapt to the changing needs of high-performing teams, and it can readily automate time-consuming jobs.

This VersaLink series includes revolutionary single-pass document scanning, which converts hardcopy into digitized files, as well as file management via direct access to Xerox’s App Gallery’s broadest portfolio of productivity-enhancing apps. Comprehensive protection, which includes McAfee® whitelisting technology, continuously monitors, identifies, and prevents threats in real-time, ensuring the security of data and documents. EPEAT Gold certified the Xerox VersaLink C7100 and B7100 series to fulfill the most stringent sustainability standards.

At home

The Xerox C315, Xerox B305, and Xerox B315 MFPs, which complete Xerox’s personal and small workgroup portfolio, are perfect for lean, busy work teams, home offices, and confined locations. These quiet, compact, mobile-ready, and simple-to-use printers link seamlessly to the Xerox Workflow Central® platform, enhancing productivity with a suite of workflow automation and digitalization capabilities. Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Direct, mobile printing with Apple AirPrint and Mopria Print Service, and a simple setup with Xerox Smart Start software are all standout features. All three MFPs are EPEAT certified, meaning they satisfy all of the needed sustainability criteria in terms of design, production, and energy use. They’re also part of Xerox’s Green World Alliance® program, which makes toner cartridge recycling a breeze.

The Xerox Workplace Kiosk is ideal for processing documents on the go. Customers may print, copy, scan, and fax using touchless, mobile connectivity, and familiar digital payment methods at merchants hosting this kiosk, which can be found in places like hotels, cafes, and libraries. Customers’ satisfaction is improved by increasing customers’ productivity while in transit, thanks to new services that help enhance store traffic and create extra revenue streams for businesses.

Workers are focused on being productive no matter where they are. Xerox DocuShare Go, a cloud-based document management technology just unveiled, enables teams to automate the organisation, sharing, collaboration, and backup of business-critical content.
