Tech Mahindra partners with Freemans Grattan Holdings to build the next generation retail platform

Tech Mahindra, a leading provider of digital transformation, consultancy, and business re-engineering services and solutions, today announced that it has been selected as the technology and digital transformation partner for Freemans Grattan Holdings (FGH).

Freemans Grattan Holdings is a subsidiary of the Otto Group, one of the world’s leading home shopping conglomerates and the owner of well-known brands like Freemans and Kaleidoscope.co.uk.

Tech Mahindra will assist FGH in implementing its 4D strategy, which includes a distinct retail offer, dynamic financial services, digital-first, and operational efficiency. FGH will benefit from this five-year partnership by reducing technical debt and migrating its entire infrastructure and application portfolio to current cloud-based platforms.

Tech Mahindra will work with FGH to streamline front and back-office platforms for automated operations and improve customer experience by optimizing, simplifying, and standardizing business processes.

FGH and Tech Mahindra will work together to improve the overall customer experience by providing customer information, hyper-personalization, seamless credit services, and simplified operations using a MACH (Microservices, API, Cloud, Headless) architecture. FGH and Tech Mahindra will deploy retail solutions that support the whole retail lifecycle of the plan, buy, move, and sell, including assortment planning, demand forecasting, merchandising, and the digital supply chain.

Tech Mahindra has greatly increased its position in the UK&I retail & CPG industry over the last two to three years by securing a total of five partnerships. This is due to its expertise in developing digital cloud-native applications, front-office transformation, digital CRM solutions for retail, direct to consumer, customization, and other areas.
