Petrobras Accelerates Toward Automation and Internal Customer Experience with Support from Wipro and ServiceNow
ServiceNow and Wipro Limited, a leading global information technology, consulting, and business process services company, announced today that they will help Petrobras, Brazil’s largest publicly traded company and one of the world’s largest oil, natural gas, and derivatives exploration, production, and distribution companies, accelerate its digital transformation.

By upgrading and aligning IT infrastructure procedures with the company via a contemporary cloud solution centered on automation and integration, the project intends to improve the quality of service for internal users while also lowering costs. The project’s scope includes IT asset maintenance, system upgrades, and process digitization.
